Nadya leads the Knowledge Management and Research initiatives at the FARM Global Child Project, leveraging over 12 years of expertise in research, knowledge management, consulting, and impact management across Asia and Europe. Her professional journey includes key roles with international organisations such as the UN World Food Programme, Oxfam GB, the Indonesia-based development consultancy Kopernik, and various research agencies.  

Before joining UNEP, Nadya served as Manager, Insights and Knowledge at AVPN, Asia’s largest social investment network. In this role, she contributed to advance the organisation's research and thought leadership agenda, convened social investors through a range of learning engagements, and curated insights into social investment trends in Asia. 

Nadya holds a Master’s degree in development studies from the University of Manchester and a BA in Psychology. She was also recognised as a Local Pathways Fellow with SDSN Youth, an initiative of the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network.
